World Quality Month is the annual, global celebration of the quality profession. Anchored by World Quality Week — the CQI's flagship event held each November — it gathers practitioners, researchers, students and leaders to share what works, what doesn't and what's next.

Quality is the invisible infrastructure of modern life. The medicine that works. The aircraft that lands. The software that doesn't lose your data. Behind every one of those quiet successes is a discipline most people will never name.

This site is a love letter to that discipline. We trace its history, surface the CQI's annual themes, run quizzes for the curious, and publish a steady stream of writing on the practice and politics of quality.

We are independent. We are not the CQI. We are simply enthusiasts who believe that the world is measurably better when quality professionals do their job well — and worse when they don't.
